These 2 sofas were originally designed with loose covers. The customer wanted a more tailored look so we removed all the existing upholstery and fitted new foam and paddings. We then re-upholstered in Kirkby House 'Malmo' fabric. We were also able to supply the customer with the same fabric in a curtain quality.

Small TV chair upholstered in Ross Fabrics 'Chatsworth Medallion' chenille. This chair was originally made by CWS (Co-op Wholesale Society) in their Pelaw factory...probably in the 1950's.  Its nice that 60, maybe even 70 years later it has been given a new lease of life in my workshop.

The new covers are first 'quilted' onto a thin scrim padding to give a 'deep-buttoned effect. Many hours of cutting, sewing , making buttons and fitting covers went into this project.
