Thank you for visiting my website and for taking the time to read this notice.
For many years now I have been experiencing a relentless and overwhelming demand for my upholstery services. Despite my efforts to keep up with this demand, it is clear to me that as a one man business I am continually fighting a losing battle to keep my customers happy in terms of timescales....particularly for larger jobs.
Therefore, I am sorry to say that I am taking a break from taking on new orders and enquiries. I am also scaling back my website and social media during this time.
As far as business is concerned my focus is fully concentrated on the work and orders that I currently have in progress. I am fully committed to carrying out all the work I have agreed to, but I can only work on one project at a time.
The quality of work I produce will always be my priority over everything else. Despite the pressure I experience from the multiple messages I receive on a daily basis looking for updates etc, I cannot and will not allow this priority to change.
If you are currently waiting on your job being completed please bear with me. I am doing my best. If possible, please wait until I contact you. Continually replying to messages saying 'It's not ready yet' does not have a good effect on my mindset !
Please remember that I am a one man business. As the years roll on, my enthusiasm and motivation for my upholstery work has not diminished. I love my job and I am still willing to put in the hours in order to keep orders going through my workshop.....within reason !
I want to provide the best all round service that I can. I appreciate all the business that comes my way and I intend to continue working in the trade for as long as I can.
I hope to resume normal business with improved scheduling, systems and communication in the near future.
