Hi Everyone, I hope this finds you well. I just want to give a wee update on my current work situation. I will keep it very simple and straightforward. My time and services seem to be in constant demand, It is extremely busy and essentially my workshop is in what I can only describe as 'GRIDLOCK'. In other words...."There is currently no room left at the Inn" The best way for me to move forward and ease this pressure is for me to put all my effort into getting through the actual work and reduce my waiting list. So, for the next month or so I will be concentrating on actually getting jobs completed and creating some physical space in my workshop. What this means is that I may not be able to get back to your messages and enquiries as quickly as you or I would like. The admin side of my business takes up a surprising and significant amount of my time and could actually be seen as a seprate job all of its own. The truth is that I need to spend at least 40 + hrs a week physically at the bench doing upholstery....and for the next period of time that is what I intend to do. If you are waiting on me getting back to you, I am going to try and get some time in the evenings to respond to your enquiries, messages and queries. There are quite a few in my various inboxes so please bear with me. Whilst I am absolutely fine physically, I do feel the strain that all this pressure brings on me as an individual. So I do also need to try and build in some downtime for myself into this scenario. After all, without my own health and wellbeing there will be no business and we will all lose out. Thanks for taking the time to read this and I hope you can understand my position as I do my best to get my ever-increasing workload under some sort of control. All the best Raymond.
